Protein pancake

This morning I made a protein pancake for the first time and I used this recipe:
http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/20-best-healthy-protein-pancake-recipes.html (the first recipe) and I topped it off with a 0% fat and sugar caramel sirup and apple slices on the side. It was delicious and the best thing: healthy! Another positive thing is that it's very filling. Have a nice weekend, everyone!
