Zoodles with cherry tomatoes

I made zoodles for luch on Friday and really liked it! Since I'm trying to eat healthy again I'm cooking more and trying new dishes.

You need cherry tomatoes, a zucchini, garlic, basil, olive oil, salt and pepper.


First, you cut the tomatoes in half and put them in a bowl with a little bit of olive oil. Then, put the tomatoes in the oven for 15 minutes. 


Next, you slice the zucchini in thin stripes and roast them.


Put small pieces of raw zucchini, some of the baked tomatoes, basil, a bit of garlic, salt, pepper and a bit of water in the mixer and mix it until it becomes a sauce.


Pour the sauce on the zoodles and add the tomatoes and some basil leaves. Ready to eat!
